How do I transform a photo?

Simply open Oopi, tap the "+" button to select or take a photo, browse through our 100+ artistic styles, select your favorite, and tap "Transform". Your artistic masterpiece will be ready in seconds!

Are my photos stored on your servers?

No! Your privacy is our priority. We don't store any of your photos on our servers. Your photos remain completely private and secure. Your photos never leave your phone unless you explicitly choose to share them.

How many photos can I transform?

With Oopi Premium, you get unlimited transformations! The free version includes a generous number of transformations per day. You can upgrade at any time from within the app.

What photo formats are supported?

Oopi supports all common image formats including JPG, PNG, HEIC, and more. You can select photos from your library or take new ones directly in the app.

Can I save my transformed photos?

Absolutely! Once your photo is transformed, you can save it to your Photos library, share it directly to social media, or export it in high resolution for printing.

What is the resolution of transformed photos?

Transformed photos maintain high quality suitable for social media sharing and printing. Premium users get access to ultra-high resolution output perfect for professional use and large format printing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Oopi → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Can I use Oopi offline?

Yes! Since all processing happens on your device, you can transform photos even without an internet connection. An internet connection is only required for account features and downloading new styles.

Do you offer refunds?

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund through Apple within their specified timeframe.

Will more styles be added?

Yes! We're constantly working on new artistic styles and features. Premium members get early access to new styles. Check the app regularly for updates and new additions.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We take security seriously. Your photos are processed locally on your device, and any data we collect is encrypted and stored securely. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

What devices are supported?

Oopi is available for iOS devices running iOS 15.0 or later. This includes iPhone 7 and newer models. Some features may require newer hardware for optimal performance.
