Welcome to Oopi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oopi application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Oopi, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. This license does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of the App or its contents
• Collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Derivative use of the App or its contents
• Downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another party
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features of the App may require you to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App

5. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to the photos you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the transformation services.

Transformed Images: You own the transformed images created using the App. You may use, share, and distribute these images as you wish, subject to these Terms.

Our Content: The App, including its design, features, styles, algorithms, and all content (excluding user-uploaded photos), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not use the App to process or create content that:

• Violates any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• Contains nudity, violence, or other adult content
• Is used for illegal purposes or promotes illegal activities
• Contains personally identifiable information of minors
• Is used to create deepfakes or other misleading content

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription plans. All purchases are:

• Processed through the Apple App Store
• Subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
• Non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy
• Automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the App will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oopi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
